Sales Development Representative - German Speaker 🇩🇪 (Internship)
As part of our Marketing department and more precisely in the B2B Marketing team, you will be in charge of qualifying a high volume inbound leads generated by our Growth team and B2B marketing efforts for the German market.
As the true spokesperson for the company, you will be the first point of contact with whom our future clients will engage. It will be your responsibility to understand their needs, introduce them to our solutions, convince them of our value in the competitive electronic signature sector, and ultimately provide our Account Executive team with all the necessary information for closing the deal.
Ideal start date: April/May, 2024 - 6 months
As an SDR Intern, your responsibilities will be to:
- Take care of qualifying a high volume leads generated by our marketing team. You will be responsible to convert them into opportunities (SQO's) for the sales team.
- Use the MEDDIC methodology to gather relevant information during your first conversation with prospects.
- Become a true expert in our solution to be able to discuss the most suitable Yousign solution.
- Consistently update our CRM (yes, that's part of it too 😉), with the aim of ensuring high data quality. Forecast your future revenue achievement and document daily key activity
- Collaborate with the Customer Service, Marketing and Product teams to optimise our customer experience and improve the marketing pitch as well as the product
Requirements:
- You are fluent in German and your oral and written communication skills in English are excellent.
- Willing to work from our office in Paris, France
- Knowledge of a CRM tool like Salesforce is a plus.
- You are persuasive and have turned persuasion into an art.
- You can adjust to any situation, tailor your speech, bounce back, interact, and persuade without faltering in the face of objections.
- You are positive, enthusiastic, sociable, and smiling (because it's audible over the phone, and these qualities will make a difference!).
- You are rigorous, resilient and you are always ready to re-evaluate yourself in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
- Be able to keep the big picture in mind and can prioritise your to-dos properly.
