International Account Executive Manager
Position Overview:
We're looking for a results-driven and people-focused International Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives across European markets (Italy, Spain, and the DACH region). You’ll oversee a high-performing sales team responsible for managing the entire sales cycle across our key markets, and you’ll take ownership of part of the Revenue target.
This is a leadership role for someone who combines operational excellence with coaching acumen and a passion for SaaS sales. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategy and execution, while championing a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of International Account Executives covering the Italian, Spanish, and DACH markets;
- Set and manage performance targets across regions and ensure quota achievement through clear KPIs and regular performance reviews;
- Own pipeline and forecast accuracy using Salesforce and other sales tools to ensure transparency and focus;
- Support on strategic deals with high-value customers or complex sales processes;
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to regional market dynamics in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Operations;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, feedback loops, and customer experience;
- Champion sales excellence by continuously improving sales processes, enablement practices, and data quality
About You:
- You have 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team management role;
- You're a strong coach and leader who inspires and enables others to perform at their best;
- You’ve sold in multiple European markets, ideally including at least two of the following: Italy, Spain, DACH.
- You are fluent in English and Italian or Spanish or German or French (bonus if you speak more than one of those);
- You’re highly organized and analytical, with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills;
- You're a clear communicator with a consultative approach to sales;
- You thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment, where ownership and adaptability are key;
- You have a data-driven mindset, and you're comfortable using Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
