Your Role

You join our Business Development team of 10 SDRs, and you focus on the Italian market. Italy is growing for us, and inbound demand is growing with it. Your job is to answer Italian companies who come to us, understand what they need, and turn the right ones into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. You also help the team hit its shared pipeline and closing targets.

Your Responsibilities

• Contact every Italian inbound lead you are assigned quickly, and check fit, budget and timing.

• Run discovery calls to understand each prospect's real project and pain points.

• Pass qualified opportunities and larger deals to the right Account Executive with a clear, complete handoff.

• Log every activity in the CRM, keep records up to date, and follow up on leads that are not ready yet.

• Help the team reach its pipeline and closing targets for Italy.

Your Profile

• You are a native or fluent Italian speaker and you work comfortably in English (C1).

• You know how to ask the right questions to qualify a lead and find the need behind a request.

• You write and speak clearly, and you can convince without pushing.

• You stay motivated after a "no" and keep a steady pace toward your targets.

• You are curious about the people you talk to, our product and the Italian market.

• You already use AI tools in your daily work and like testing new ones.

• You are organized, you plan your day and you get back to leads on time.

• You ask for feedback and use it to improve quickly.

• You enjoy working in a team and sharing what works.

• Experience with a CRM and an interest in SaaS or tech are a plus.

Benefits

Salary:

• France (Paris, Caen, Bordeaux): €39,000 to €43,000 OTE (base €30,000 to €33,000 + variable €9,000 to €10,000)

• Spain (Barcelona): €32,000 to €36,000 OTE (base €25,000 to €28,000 + variable €7,000 to €8,000)

This role is office-based in one of our four offices: Paris or Barcelona.
