Growth Outbound Manager
Position Overview
As a Growth Outbound Manager, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing our outbound campaigns. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you will be responsible for creating, launching, and analysing outbound campaigns, working closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to maximize the commercial impact of our efforts.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth expertise in campaign management and performance analysis in a growing SaaS organization. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the technical aspects of the stack, using tools like Clay, Lemlist, BetterContact, and Salesforce.
You should be highly business-oriented, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to drive results and achieve shared objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Launch and manage large-scale outbound cadences and personalized sequences for AEs/BDRs. Design campaign logic based on target segments.
- Collaboration with other Teams: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to adjust and improve messaging based on field feedback.
- Performance & Reporting: Create campaign dashboards and analyse results to extract actionable insights, sharing findings with the teams.
- A/B Testing: Test different elements of campaigns (subject lines, CTAs, tone, steps) to optimize performance.
- Training & Documentation: Train BDRs on tools and best practices, documenting processes and learnings in Notion.
- Continuous Optimization: Test new tools and plugins, and contribute to the strategy for developing outbound cadences and tools.
Profile:
- You have experience managing outbound campaigns, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- You are comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce and have a strong interest in data analysis.
- You are hands-on and enjoy digging into the technical aspects of the tools and platforms we use, such as Clay, Lemlist, BetterContact, and Salesforce.
- You are meticulous, autonomous, and able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have experience in B2B sales or a SaaS environment and are passionate about continuous process improvement.
