Sales Enablement Manager (F/M/X)
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be reporting to Benjamin, our Pre-sales & Enablement Manager. Your main role will be to work with all customer facing teams to ensure they have the right ressources, knowledge and skills to deliver a stellar customer experience.
You will play a key role at the heart of the Revenue team’s strategy, by increasing their productivity and performance with a measured impact on business.
Your missions :
- Facilitate and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires by managing and refining the onboarding program. Extend a warm welcome to new team members and provide them with comprehensive training
- Develop engaging content on platforms like Notion and 360Learning to support the Continuous Learning Revenue Academy, ensuring a continuous learning environment for the team
- Identify sales skills and knowledge gaps, then partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to build programs that increase efficiency, expertise, and impact
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to generate impactful content for training sessions during product launches for the Revenue teams.
- Contribute to the success of our 50-person Revenue team at Yousign by implementing effective methodologies, coaching, training programs, and creating relevant content.
- Track performance
- Organize and handle a set of revenue materials to help with our Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts.
Your profile :
As a key position where you will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment that allows rapid growth in a wide range of topics, you are required to:
- Have experience in a field sales role in fast-paced SaaS environment
- Be familiar with role-play activities and e-learning platforms
- Be a great verbal and written communicator: you know how to adapt your communication style based on the context and are at ease speaking in front of large groups
- Be highly organized, enjoy multitasking and working in a fast-paced, stimulating environment
- Embrace new challenges with enthusiasm and motivation
- Have a strong fluency in French and English
- Be willing to work from Paris, France (hybrid work-from-home model)
- Experience with Salesforce or Hubspot, Notion and a Revenue Intelligence tool such as Modjo or ChorusAI is a huge plus!
